What kind of energy do psychic vampires drain?

I started thinking recently that i may be awakening as a psychic vampire but i’m not sure if the types of energy i’ve been absorbing are the types that make you a psychic vamp.

In order to answer the question, I must know whether you are asking about unintentional or intentional psychic vampire? One must also not think too deeply about the awakening, not good. Stay away from things you know nothing about.
If you are asking about unintentional, they are the type which feed unintentionally off of others energy in order to sustain.They usually will unconsciously feed off of some one much younger then themselves, in order to remain vital. This type of vampire is dangerous due to the fact that they will feed off of some-one with-out that persons knowledge.
If you are asking about intentional-watch out, the worst of the four types of vampires. Fear this one the most, for they can not be destroyed.
These vampires will drain people of psychic energy intentionally and then move onto draining those who sleep and these individuals will eventually die. They will then become earthbound and continue to drain energy in order to keep their own astral bodies from decaying.
