there is nothing bad that come from this cause if you feel unsafe just go back to your safe place but i havent been pass the door yet

@NinjaFox97 first off f#$k the ppl that care to”get you in trouble” and yes, u can have a totem animal, i had one at 13. just one thing though, if u start, it can only hurt you spiritually to back out in the middle of finding yourself. Also, be aware that in some cases,it did in mine, an animal guide or totem can change over time. i swore that mine was a dragon, then a pheonix (original spelling ftw), and now its a tortoise. if you feel unsafe, just use it as a guide to find yourself

  4. sliferredleader says:

@roxanneMelfina same here, i thought it would be a “cool” animal, but then i realized who I am/it is, and that its not about being a “cool” animal, but a simple reflection of your true self

@NinjaFox97 o one more thing, night time meditation is good for the inexperienced, my first journey inward was at about 13 or 14, and i had the attention span that matched, so i would suggest a nighttime session/sessions, until you discover your focus and can meditate at any time. take your time and slow down(im one to talk) it sometimes can take a while to truely discover what you are looking for, and(in my case) sometimes need to stop looking in order to find it.

  6. NinjaFox97 says:

@sliferredleader um what do u mean by “hurt me spiritually to back out in the middle of finding myself”? when u said “if u feel unsafe just use it as a guide to find urself” um use what? what is “finding myself’? im Catholic and ive never done a meditation in my life i dont understand this “spirituality” stuff im sorry i just dont get it. i need a big explaination of this stuff sorry

@NinjaFox97 ok, ill do my best to clarify. I find it difficult to put into words what im trying to say. first, finding yourself simply means to discover your true self, not what you were “raised to be.” if you find that guided meditation makes you uncomfortable, then listen objectively to what it is asking you to do within your mind, and transfer those concepts to isolated meditation techniques(meditating alone) so that you will be able to control the situation a little more

  10. sliferredleader says:

@NinjaFox97 but the first thing i learned is that a need to control the situations one faces in life is one of the roots of suffering, but i digress. as for “hurt you spiritually,” i may have over-phrased that. what i was attempting to convey is that being spiritually ignorant and being semi-aware of your spirituality are the same thing. I have a friend who i attempted to guide through a similar experience, but he likewise was frightened, and stopped just before he reached a revelation

  11. sliferredleader says:

@NinjaFox97 and lost his spirituality all together, because he recognizes that there is now no man-made religion he can subscribe to, but is only aware that he is unaware of his spirituality. I apologize for the long-winded responses, and any confusion that they might cause

  15. roxanneMelfina says:

Well, there’s a chance it might be a unicorn, though, it was a little fuzzy. Gotta say, I think it’s the farthest thing from what would have crossed my mind, but it works…

  17. ladysnowstrixx says:

ok something weird happened I did what you said in the beginning and I didn’t even get to the door as soon as I was at my safe place a hawk appeared very closely too ,then I just got lost so I stopped. think I didn’t do it right.

  18. misssailorneptune says:

a black cat with a white kind of star shape on it’s forehead. it was a girl and had a nice voice, a kind of telepathic voice. she says she’ll be waiting if i ever need her.

    thanks =D

  19. clarkshapedbox says:

i already know mine. i saw it in a dream. this lead me to a meadow (in spring) and this white spotted elk appeared and it wasnt necesarilly my totem animal, but more of a sidekick. my real spirit animal is more mysterious. its like a fish thing that lives in an ocean of infinite proportions. no surface, no floor, it just goes forever in all directions. and thats where it lives.

  20. manwitch3022 says:

A fox that couldn’t speak, but I knew what he was saying.

    This was pretty awesome, thanks!

  21. macaghobhain says:

I met a red fox, a snake, a big, fluffy dog like an Alsatian or something, and a red-tailed hawk, all of whom seemed fond of me, but none of whom were my guide. Then I ran into my old friend Gwidion ap Don, who told me it isn’t time yet.

  22. munchchewy0 says:

the first was a porcupine. later it turns out my animal is a bat :) thank you.

  23. MissWatzHerName97 says:

I swear… how many people think there’s is a wolf… whats so great about them anyway!…

  24. Chillitz says:

Well i met a great deer with beautiful antlers emerge from the trees. Though it wasen’t my animal and i was disappointed. I got mad and sat on that meadow becuase no other animals were around exsept that deer. Sooner or later a grizzaly bear came, that was my totem.

  25. ikgwordvspokemon says:
